Questions before you order
How do I personalise my product?
Open a product to see its available sizes, finishes and personalisation fields. Your configured price updates as you choose.
Can I order a larger or custom-sized house sign?
Yes, we can discuss sizes that aren’t listed. Get in touch for a quote with your preferred dimensions, material and design ideas. We’ll check what’s practical before confirming a price.
Why isn’t the 211 × 140 mm size available for some house signs?
Some designs have fine details that need more space to cut cleanly and look their best. For those designs, we offer only the larger size rather than compromise the finished sign.
Will I see the artwork before it’s made?
Products that include proof approval are clearly marked. We’ll email you when your artwork is ready. You can approve it or request changes; production starts only after approval.
Do I need an account?
No. Your confirmation email includes a personal link to your order, artwork and delivery updates. If you lose it, use Find my order and we’ll send you a fresh secure link.
How long will my order take?
Production is usually 2-4 working days from approval, or from ordering where no proof is required. Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims for 2-3 working days after dispatch (not guaranteed).
Can you make something that isn’t in the shop?
Yes. Use our bespoke enquiry page to describe the idea, approximate size and material. We’ll confirm whether it is practical before discussing an order.
